簡介︰
ChronosBH是一款時域法 (TCSCP) 緊湊型熒光光譜儀,用于在皮秒至秒這樣較寬的時間尺度范圍進行熒光衰變時間測量。該儀器的設計采用T式樣幾何結(jié)構(gòu),可用于在兩個熒光發(fā)射通道上同時采集信號。各種脈沖光源都可以與ChronosBH連接,其中包括半導體激光器、LED,超連續(xù)激光器和超快激光器。探測器可從快速PMT、混合型PMT和砷化鎵 (GaAs) PMT,SPAD中選擇。該儀器還可以被升級,升級后能使用氙燈進行穩(wěn)態(tài)熒光測量。
ChronosBH的操作是全自動的;儀器控制、數(shù)據(jù)采集及處理是通過多維光譜學軟件Vinci完成的。

測量實例

丙二醇中的熒光素
丙二醇中的熒光素的頻域各向異性衰減 (不同偏振相角和振幅比) ,在 470-nm (氙燈)下測試, 發(fā)射線收集使用的是 OG530 高通濾波器。 計算值r &thera; = 5.3 ns , R0 = 0.40 和 τ = 4 ns, T = 27-28°C.

BodipyFL(氟硼二吡咯)水溶液
BodipyFL(氟硼二吡咯)水溶液的頻率響應 (相位和調(diào)制) ,在 471-nm激光二極管。發(fā)射線收集使用的是 520KV高通濾波器。 數(shù)據(jù)的最佳擬合呈現(xiàn)指數(shù)衰減方式,衰減時間5.87 ns (x2 = 0.97).

時域強度衰減Time-Domain Intensity Decay
在 405-nm 脈沖激光二極管測試紙張的時域強度衰減。數(shù)據(jù)的最佳擬合呈現(xiàn)指數(shù)衰減方式,衰減時間 0.94 ns (x2 = 1.25).

溶于乙二醇
時域各向異性衰減Time-Domain Anisotropy Decay
在447nm脈沖激光二極管下溶于乙二醇溶液的Coumarin 6 (香豆素)的時域各向異性衰減。發(fā)射線通過 KV 505高通濾波器收集。 計算值 θ = 2.6 ns , R0 = 0.38 和 τ = 2.3 ns, T = 20-21°C.
